Germany's Andrea Schoepp 7-5, then won 6-3 against Czech Republic's Hana Synackova. Japan's Moe Meguro went on to lose 7-6 against Russia's Liudmila Privivkova. Japan's Moe Meguro lost 9-3 to Scotland's Kelly Wood where Japan's Moe Meguro responded with a 6-5 win over Italy's Diana Gaspari. Japan's Moe Meguro went on to lose 8-3 against Canada's Kelly Scott. Japan's Moe Meguro lost 8-3 to Denmark's Angelina Jensen. Japan's Moe Meguro lost 10-6 to Sweden's Anette Norberg. Japan's Moe Meguro lost 8-4 to Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni. Japan's Moe Meguro lost 6-4 to China's Bingyu Wang where Japan's Moe Meguro responded with a 7-1 win over Debbie McCormick (Madison, USA) in their final qualifying round match.
