Sweden's Mathias Mabergs 8-4, then won 10-5 against Ireland's Peter J.D. Wilson and 8-3 against Germany's Andy Kapp. Switzerland's Stefan Karnusian won 8-7 against Denmark's Ulrik Schmidt. Switzerland's Stefan Karnusian went on to lose 10-7 against France's Thomas Dufour. Switzerland's Stefan Karnusian lost 6-5 to Scotland's David Murdoch. Switzerland's Stefan Karnusian lost 8-7 to Czech Republic's Jiri Snitil where Switzerland's Stefan Karnusian responded with a 7-4 win over Norway's Thomas Ulsrud. Switzerland's Stefan Karnusian won 14-4 against Spain's Antonio De Mollinedo in their final qualifying round match.
