Belisle2-3 at 2008 Sobeys Slam

Eve Belisle (Montreal, PQ) finished 2-3 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Belisle defeated Chrissy Cadorin (Mississauga, ON) 6-3, then went on to lose 8-7 against Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON). Belisle responded with a 10-0 win over Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, ON). Belisle went on to lose 7-2 against Heather Strong (St. John, NL). Belisle lost 7-4 to Alison Goring (Thornhill, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
