Karen Ruus (Calgary, AB) 7-3, then won 7-5 against Vicki Sjolie (Medicine Hat, AB) and 8-3 against Allison Earl (Calgary, AB). Johnson went on to lose 8-7 against Megan Kirk (Lethbridge, AB). Johnson lost 8-1 to Sjolie where Johnson responded with a 6-4 win over Earl. Johnson won 8-6 against Japan's Yukako Tsuchiya in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Meyers Norris Penny Charity Classic, Johnson take home 0.000 world rankings points along with the $3,500CDN prize. For week of the event schedule, Johnson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Johnson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
