United States's Debbie McCormick 8-5, then went on to lose 9-3 against China's Bingyu Wang. Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova lost 8-5 to Canada's Jennifer Jones. Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova lost 9-3 to Sweden's Anette Norberg. Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova lost 7-4 to Denmark's Angelina Jensen. Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova lost 8-4 to Switzerland's Mirjam Ott where Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova responded with a 6-4 win over Scotland's Eve Muirhead. Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova won 7-6 against Italy's Diana Gaspari, then won 7-2 against Norway's Marianne Rorvik and 10-8 against Korea's Mi-Yeon Kim. Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova went on to lose 8-6 against Germany's Andrea Schopp in their final qualifying round match.
