Bryden responded with a 8-2 win over Tiffany Odegard (Edmonton, AB). Bryden won 8-2 against Sauder, then won 10-4 against Valerie Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) and 7-4 against Faye White (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
