Wang went on to lose 6-4 against Kevin Koe (Edmonton, AB). Wang lost 5-4 to Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE). Wang lost 4-2 to Thomas Ulsrud (Oslo, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Wang ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
