Yulia Svetova (Moscow, RUS) 8-4, then went on to lose 5-4 against Mirjam Ott (Davos, SUI). Brothers responded with a 9-2 win over Czech Republic's Lenka Cernovska. Brothers went on to lose 6-3 against Scotland's Gillian Howard in their final qualifying round match.
