Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) won 5-4 over Sweden's Anette Norberg in the Final of the Radisson SAS Oslo Cup, held September 24 - 27, 2009 in Oslo, Norway. To advance to the championship game, Jones won 6-5 over Scotland's Eve Muirhead in the semifinals of the 2009 Radisson SAS Oslo Cup in Oslo, Norway; and won 5-4 over Mirjam Ott (Davos, SUI) in the quarterfinals.
 
Jones finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jones lost 8-7 to Scotland's Sarah Reid, then responded with a 8-7 win over Switzerland's Michele Jaggi. Jones won 8-2 against Norway's Dordi Nordby, then won 6-3 against Sweden's Cissi Ostlund in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Radisson SAS Oslo Cup Championship title, Jones earned 18.800 world rankings points along with the $7,524CDN first prize cheque. For week of the event schedule, Jones did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Jones ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
