Randy Ferbey (St. Johns, NL) qualified for the 2010 Grey Power World Cup of Curling playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Jeff Stoughton (Winnipeg, MB).
 
Ferbey finished 3-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ferbey defeated Kevin Park (Winnipeg, MB) 5-1, then won 7-2 against Jake Higgs (Harrison, ON). Ferbey went on to lose 6-4 against Stoughton. Ferbey responded with a 7-6 win over Dale Matchett (Bradford, ON). Ferbey went on to lose 8-2 against Kevin Koe (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Ferbey earned 18.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Grey Power World Cup of Curling.
