Dropkin finished 6-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dropkin defeated Evan Workin (Fargo, ND) 11-3, then won 15-8 against Matt Birklid (Fairbanks, AK) and 8-2 against Tyler Runing (North Mankato, MN). Dropkin went on to lose 7-2 against Alex Leichter (Wayland, MA). Dropkin responded with a 7-6 win over John Landsteiner (Trempealeau, WI). Dropkin went on to lose 5-4 against Adam Kitchens (Devils Lake, ND). Dropkin responded with a 12-1 win over Jake Vukich (Seattle, WA). Dropkin went on to lose 8-4 against Wald. Dropkin responded with a 8-1 win over Tom Gabower (Janesville, WI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the US Junior Mens Nationals, Dropkin take home 5.000 world rankings points. For week 22 of the event schedule, Dropkin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Dropkin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
