Adam Kitchens (Devils Lake, ND) 6-2, then won 10-2 against Evan Workin (Fargo, ND) and 12-4 against Jake Vukich (Seattle, WA). Landsteiner won 7-3 against Tyler Runing (North Mankato, MN). Landsteiner went on to lose 7-6 against Stephen Dropkin (Southborough, MA). Landsteiner lost 8-7 to Alex Leichter (Wayland, MA) where Landsteiner responded with a 10-3 win over Matt Birklid (Fairbanks, AK). Landsteiner won 9-4 against Tom Gabower (Janesville, WI). Landsteiner went on to lose 10-9 against Aaron Wald (Chisholm, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
