Trulsen finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Trulsen defeated Joacim Suther (Oslo, NOR) 8-3, then won 4-3 against Oskar Eriksson (Ostersund, SWE) and 8-4 against Roman Kutuzov (Moscow, RUS).
