Trevor Perepolkin (Vernon, BC) qualified for the 2010 Twin Anchors Invitational playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-7 against Andrey Drozdov (Moscow, RUS). of the 2010 Twin Anchors Invitational in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Perepolkin finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Perepolkin lost 6-3 to Sean Geall (New Westminster, BC), then responded with a 7-4 win over Miles Craig (Vernon, BC). Perepolkin won 6-2 against Tobin Senum (Vernon, BC), then won 6-4 against Sven Michel (Adelboden, SUI) and 5-4 against Kevin Koe (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Perepolkin earned 8.610 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Twin Anchors Invitational. For week 4 of the event schedule, Perepolkin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Perepolkin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
