Kevin Martin (Edmonton, AB) won 6-4 over Kevin Koe (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Westcoast Curling Classic, held October 8 - 11, 2010 at the Royal City Curling Club in New Westminster, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Martin won 6-3 over Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) in the semifinals of the 2010 Westcoast Curling Classic in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada; and won 6-4 over Brock Virtue (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Martin finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Martin defeated Korea's Dong-Keun Lee 8-2, then won 7-3 against Jason Montgomery (Duncan, BC) and 5-2 against Pat Simmons (Davidson, SK). Martin won 7-6 against Jeff Stoughton (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Westcoast Curling Classic Championship title, Martin earned 40.000 world rankings points along with the $20,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 330.740 total points. Martin ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 46.690 points earned so far this season.
