Mark Bice (Sarnia, ON) run at the 2010 Sun Life Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-1 loss to Randy Ferbey (St. Johns, NL). of the 2010 Sun Life Classic in Brantford, Ontario; Bice advanced through the quarterfinals with a 7-3 win over Wayne Middaugh (Toronto, ON). of the 2010 Sun Life Classic in Brantford, Ontario;
 
Bice finished 5-2 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bice defeated Rob Lobel (Toronto, ON) 6-5, then went on to lose 7-3 against Glenn Howard (Coldwater, ON). Bice responded with a 5-4 win over Matt Paul (Ottawa, ON). Bice went on to lose 4-2 against Mark Kean (Ajax, ON). Bice responded with a 7-3 win over Greg Balsdon (Kingston, ON). Bice won 8-7 against Heath McCormick (New York, NY), then won 7-3 against Jean-Michel Menard (Gatineau, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Bice earned 20.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Sun Life Classic, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 28th place overall with 66.910 total points. Bice ranks 18th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 45.880 points earned so far this season.
