Rick Folk (Kamloops, BC) qualified for the 2010 Labatt Crown of Curling playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-4 against Jason Montgomery (Duncan, BC). of the 2010 Labatt Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Folk finished 4-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Folk defeated Stephen Kopf (New Westminster, BC) 7-2, then went on to lose 7-2 against Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC). Folk responded with a 7-5 win over Dean Ross (Calgary, AB). Folk won 7-3 against Tyrel Griffith (Vernon, BC). Folk went on to lose 10-6 against Montgomery. Folk responded with a 8-2 win over Kevin Weinrich (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Folk earned 3.930 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Labatt Crown of Curling. For week 12 of the event schedule, Folk did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Folk ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
