Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC) qualified for the 2010 Labatt Crown of Curling playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC).
 
Richard finished 5-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Richard defeated Kevin Ihlen (Kamloops, BC) 11-2, then won 6-4 against Wayne Saboe (Kamloops, BC) and 7-2 against Rick Folk (Kamloops, BC). Richard went on to lose 7-6 against Steve Petryk (Calgary, AB). Richard lost 4-3 to Bryan Miki (New Westminster, BC) where Richard responded with a 6-3 win over Mike Smith (Kamloops, BC). Richard won 5-3 against Dave Merklinger (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Richard earned 3.930 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Labatt Crown of Curling, moving up 9 spots the World Ranking Standings into 94th place overall with 21.650 total points. Richard ranks 108th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.650 points earned so far this season.
