Hammy McMillan (Stranraer, SCO) lost 7-6 to Graham Shaw (Perth, SCO) in the Final of the Edinburgh International, held November 26 - 28, 2010 at the Murrayfield Curling Club in Edinburgh, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, McMillan won 4-3 over Sandy Reid (Forfar, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2010 Edinburgh International in Edinburgh, Scotland, Scotland; and won 5-4 over Scotland's Scott Hamilton in the quarterfinals. of the 2010 Edinburgh International in Edinburgh, Scotland, Scotland;
 
McMillan finished 5-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McMillan defeated Scotland's Paul Stevenson 9-5, then won 6-5 against Shaw and 7-6 against England's Alan Macdougall. McMillan won 5-3 against Scotland's John Hamilton, then won 7-2 against Finland's Aku Kauste in their final qualifying round match.
