James Grattan (Oromocto, NB) won 6-4 over Rick Perron (Moncton, NB) in the Final of the Molson Canadian Mens Tankard, held February 2 - 6, 2011 in Miramichi, New Brunswick. To advance to the championship game, Grattan won 6-5 over Paul Dobson (Saint John, NB) in the semifinals of the 2011 Molson Canadian Mens Tankard in Miramichi, New Brunswick;
 
Grattan finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Grattan defeated Terry Odishaw (Moncton, NB) 6-2, then won 6-5 against Derek Ellard (Fredericton, NB) and 7-6 against Gary Sullivan (Carleton, NB). Grattan won 7-5 against Scott Jones (Moncton, NB). Grattan went on to lose 6-4 against Dobson. Grattan lost 8-2 to Perron where Grattan responded with a 4-3 win over Jeremy Mallais (Moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Molson Canadian Mens Tankard Championship title, Grattan earned 4.000 world rankings points, moving up 24 spots the World Ranking Standings into 116th place overall with 16.405 total points. Grattan ranks 130th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.650 points earned so far this season.
