Sean Geall (New Westminster, BC) finished 1-3 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Geall lost 5-3 to John Epping (Toronto, ON), then responded with a 10-3 win over Naomasa Takeda (Aomori, JPN). Geall went on to lose 7-2 against Brock Virtue (Calgary, AB). Geall lost 8-2 to Brent Pierce (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week 30 of the event schedule, Geall did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Geall ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
