Kendal Thompson (Halifax, NS) finished 7-5 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Thompson lost
6-5 to Colin Thomas (St. John's, NL), then responded with a 11-4 win over Colin Miller (Yellowknife, NT). Thompson won 6-5 against Colin Hodgson (Calgary, AB). Thompson went on to lose 8-4 against Thomas Scoffin (Whitehorse, YK). Thompson responded with a 8-7 win over Sam Good (Stonewall, MB). Thompson won 8-5 against Vincent Bourget (Baie Comeau, PQ), then won 10-8 against Jon Rennie (Fredericton, NB). Thompson went on to lose 5-3 against Mathew Camm (Ottawa, ON). Thompson responded with a 9-4 win over Jon Gardner (Vernon, BC). Thompson went on to lose 11-5 against Braeden Moskowy (Regina, SK). Thompson lost 11-10 to Cody Johnston (Thunde Bay, NONT) where Thompson responded with a 7-6 win over Spencer Pitre (Charlottetown, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 22 of the event schedule, Thompson did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 290th to 298th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 2.483 total points. Thompson ranks 268th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.650 points earned so far this season.
