To advance to the championship game, Horgan won 6-3 over Jacqueline Harrison (Elmvale, ON) in the semifinals of the 2010 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Brockville, Ontario;
 
Horgan finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Horgan defeated Chantal Osborne (Thurso, PQ) 8-7, then won 9-3 against Barbara Kelly (Ottawa, ON). Horgan went on to lose 6-5 against Homan. Horgan responded with a 8-2 win over Christina Cadorin (Toronto, ON). Horgan won 5-3 against Kimberly Mastine (Montreal, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic, Horgan take home 8.150 world rankings points along with the $3,900CDN prize, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 53rd place overall with 17.500 total points. Horgan ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.150 points earned so far this season.
