In their opening game, DeJong lost 9-7 to Renee Sonnenberg (Grande Prairie, AB), then responded with a 10-6 win over Bobbie Sauder (Edmonton, AB). DeJong won 10-9 against Michelle Corbeil (Lloydminster, AB), then won 7-5 against Valerie Sweeting (Edmonton, AB). DeJong went on to lose 7-2 against Desiree Owen (Grande Prairie, AB). DeJong responded with a 6-2 win over Sonnenberg. DeJong won 10-7 against Lindsay Makichuk (Lloydminster, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
DeJong earned 8.220 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Boundary Ford Curling Classic. For week 12 of the event schedule, DeJong did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
