McCarville went on to lose 9-6 against Homan. McCarville responded with a 7-6 win over Ashley Kallos (Thunder Bay, ON). McCarville won 9-2 against Marika Bakewell (London, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the ON Scotties Tournament of Hearts, McCarville take home 7.050 world rankings points, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 14th place overall with 131.600 total points.
