Patti Lank (Lewiston, NY) won 9-4 over Allison Pottinger (Bemidji, MN) in the Final of the USA Womens Nationals, held February 12 - 19, 2011 in Fargo, North Dakota.
 
Lank finished 8-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lank defeated New York's Chrissy Haase 11-4, then won 9-4 against Nicole Reiser (Fargo, ND) and 5-4 against Norma O'Leary (St. Paul, MN). Lank won 9-6 against Aileen Sormunen (Duluth, MN), then won 9-8 against Pottinger and 7-4 against Wisconsin's Jenna Haag. Lank won 9-5 against Lori Karst (Madison, WI). Lank went on to lose 10-3 against Erika Brown (Madison, WI). Lank responded with a 8-7 win over Cassie Potter (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the USA Womens Nationals Championship title, Lank earned 22.500 world rankings points, moving up 43 spots the World Ranking Standings into 55th place overall with 33.876 total points. Lank ranks 33rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 28.750 points earned so far this season.
