Cassie Potter (St. Paul, MN) finished 6-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Potter lost
13-2 to Norma O'Leary (St. Paul, MN), then responded with a 8-4 win over Lori Karst (Madison, WI). Potter won 9-5 against Aileen Sormunen (Duluth, MN), then won 9-4 against Nicole Reiser (Fargo, ND) and 8-2 against New York's Chrissy Haase. Potter went on to lose 12-10 against Erika Brown (Madison, WI). Potter responded with a 7-6 win over Wisconsin's Jenna Haag. Potter won 7-4 against Allison Pottinger (Bemidji, MN). Potter went on to lose 8-7 against Patti Lank (Lewiston, NY) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Potter earned 12.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the USA Womens Nationals. For week 24 of the event schedule, Potter did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Potter ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
