Sarah Reid (Galleon, SCO) needed a tiebreaker to advance to the playoffs, Reid finished 3-4 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Reid lost
5-3 to Lauren Gray (Stirling, SCO), then responded with a 8-6 win over Gail Munro (Stranraer, SCO). Reid went on to lose 10-3 against Jackie Lockhart (Aberdeen, SCO). Reid responded with a 9-7 win over Gillian Howard (Stirling, SCO). Reid won 5-3 against Eve Muirhead (Perth, SCO). Reid went on to lose 10-3 against Hannah Fleming (Lockerbie, SCO). Reid lost 6-5 to Anna Sloan (Lockerbie, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
