Washington's Emily Good finished 7-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Washington's Emily Good lost
12-5 to New Jersey's Janice Langanke, then responded with a 12-1 win over Oregon's Eleanor Robertson. Washington's Emily Good won 12-7 against Minnesota's Shelly Kinney, then won 11-4 against Michigan's Brooke Schneider and 10-3 against California's Marissa Messier. Washington's Emily Good won 11-2 against Illinois's Tracy Lawless, then won 15-3 against Colorado's Cynthia Smith. Washington's Emily Good went on to lose 10-9 against North Dakota's Beth Bohlman. Washington's Emily Good responded with a 11-4 win over Wisconsin's Lynita Delaney in their final qualifying round match.
