8-6 to Amber Holland (Kronau, CAN), then responded with a 10-3 win over Korea's Ji-Sun Kim. Wang won 8-2 against Germany's Andrea Schopp, then won 9-3 against Czech Republic's Anna Kubeskova. Wang went on to lose 7-5 against Sweden's Anette Norberg. Wang responded with a 8-2 win over Anna Sloan (Lockerbie, SCO). Wang went on to lose 7-6 against Mirjam Ott (Davos, SUI). Wang responded with a 14-5 win over Patti Lank (Lewiston, USA). Wang won 6-4 against Norway's Linn Githmark, then won 8-5 against Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova and 7-5 against Denmark's Lene Nielsen in their final qualifying round match.
 
Wang earned 25.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Capital One World Womens Curling Championship, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 8th place overall with 196.760 total points.
