8-7 to Norway's Thomas Ulsrud, then responded with a 9-6 win over Czech Republic's Jiri Snitil. Switzerland's Markus Eggler won 10-3 against Germany's Andy Kapp. Switzerland's Markus Eggler went on to lose 6-5 against Sweden's Niklas Edin. Switzerland's Markus Eggler lost 7-5 to France's Thomas Dufour where Switzerland's Markus Eggler responded with a 13-4 win over Italy's Stefano Ferronato. Switzerland's Markus Eggler won 8-2 against Finland's Tomi Rantamaki, then won 6-5 against Scotland's David Murdoch and 7-3 against Denmark's Ulrik Schmidt in their final qualifying round match.
