Heather Marshall (Barrie, ON) lost 8-3 to Susan McKnight (Uxbridge, ON) in the Final of the Barrie Sleeman Cash Spiel, held October 15 - 16, 2011 at the Barrie Curling Club in Barrie, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Marshall won 11-1 over Vicki Marianchuk (Toronto, ON) in the semifinals
 
Marshall finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Marshall defeated Shawnessy Johnson (Newmarket, ON) 10-7, then won 6-4 against Heather Carr Olmstead (Toronto, ON). Marshall went on to lose 8-1 against McKnight in their final qualifying round match.
