Fenson lost 7-5 to Wayne Tuck Jr. (Toronto, ON) where Fenson responded with a 5-3 win over New York's Brandon Corbett. Fenson won 7-1 against Higgs. Fenson went on to lose 8-3 against Greg Richardson (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
