Carlson finished 4-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Carlson defeated Kimberly Mastine (Montreal, PQ) 11-3, then went on to lose 8-4 against Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON). Carlson lost 8-5 to Tracy Samaan (Ottawa, ON) where Carlson responded with a 4-3 win over Sian Canavan (Montreal, PQ). Carlson won 8-3 against Mitch Baker (Cornwall, ON), then won 4-3 against Manuela Siegrist (Basel, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Carlson earned 1.845 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Royal LePage OVCA Women's Fall Classic. For week 12 of the event schedule, Carlson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Carlson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
