Advancing directly to the semifinals, Middaugh won 7-2 over Tracy Horgan (Sudbury, ON) to advance to the championship game. of the 2011 Southwestern Ontario Womens Charity Cashspiel in London, Ontario;
 
Middaugh finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Middaugh defeated Laura Crocker (Waterloo, ON) 9-1, then won 6-5 against Cathy Auld (Mississauga, ON) and 6-2 against Horgan in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Southwestern Ontario Womens Charity Cashspiel Championship title, Middaugh earned 11.600 world rankings points along with the $7,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 8th place overall with 134.315 total points. Middaugh ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 64.025 points earned so far this season.
