Alexey Tselousov (Moscow, RUS) qualified for the 2011 Twin Anchors Invitational playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-1 against Brent Pierce (New Westminster, BC). of the 2011 Twin Anchors Invitational in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Tselousov finished 4-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tselousov defeated Brad Wood (Vernon, BC) 4-1, then went on to lose 7-4 against Robert Schlender (Edmonton, AB). Tselousov responded with a 6-5 win over Dean Ross (Calgary, AB). Tselousov won 5-4 against Pierce, then won 11-5 against Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Tselousov earned 2.790 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Twin Anchors Invitational. For week 7 of the event schedule, Tselousov did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Tselousov ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
