Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) won 6-3 over Kelley Law (New Westminster, BC) in the Final of the Red Deer Curling Classic, held November 4 - 7, 2011 in Red Deer, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Tirinzoni won 4-3 over Renee Sonnenberg (Grande Prairie, AB) in the semifinals of the 2011 Red Deer Curling Classic in Red Deer, Alberta; and won 6-5 over Jessie Kaufman (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 Red Deer Curling Classic in Red Deer, Alberta;
 
Tirinzoni finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Valerie Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) 7-2, then won 5-2 against Nadine Chyz (Calgary, AB) and 7-2 against Crystal Webster (Calgary, AB). Tirinzoni won 7-5 against Allison MacInnes (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Red Deer Curling Classic Championship title, Tirinzoni earned 40.000 world rankings points along with the $9,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 13 spots the World Ranking Standings into 23rd place overall with 75.575 total points. Tirinzoni ranks 8th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 57.525 points earned so far this season.
