8-5 to Pierre Charette (Saguenay, PQ), then responded with a 7-3 win over Steve Lodge (Brockville, ON). Lemay won 7-4 against Jamie Murphy (Halifax, NS). Lemay went on to lose 6-4 against Ian Fitzner-Leblanc (Halifax, NS). Lemay responded with a 8-7 win over Don Westphal (Thurso, PQ). Lemay went on to lose 7-6 against Brett Gallant (Charlottetown, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.
