Eve Muirhead (Perth, SCO) won 6-3 over Crystal Webster (Calgary, AB) in the Final of the MNP Charity Classic, held October 14 - 17, 2011 at the Medicine Hat Curling Club in Medicine Hat, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Muirhead won 8-6 over Nadine Chyz (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2011 MNP Charity Classic in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada; and won 4-3 over Liudmilla Privivkova (Moscow, RUS) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 MNP Charity Classic in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada;
 
Muirhead finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead defeated Allison MacInnes (Kamloops, BC) 6-2, then won 9-4 against Diane Foster (Calgary, AB) and 6-3 against Shana Snell (Calgary, AB). Muirhead won 4-3 against Satsuki Fujisawa (nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the MNP Charity Classic Championship title, Muirhead earned 16.250 world rankings points along with the $8,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 15th place overall with 86.358 total points. Muirhead ranks 11th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 29.550 points earned so far this season.
