To advance to the championship game, Northern Ontario's Bryan Burgess won 6-5 over Randy Neufeld (LaSalle, MB) in the semifinals of the 2011 Coors Light Cash Spiel in Duluth, Minnesota, United States; and won 8-4 over Minnesota's Philip DeVore in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 Coors Light Cash Spiel in Duluth, Minnesota, United States;
 
Northern Ontario's Bryan Burgess finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Northern Ontario's Bryan Burgess defeated North Dakota's Ryan Berg 8-6, then won 8-3 against Minnesota's Paul Pustovar and 7-5 against Minnesota's Philip DeVore. Northern Ontario's Bryan Burgess went on to lose 5-3 against Minnesota's John Shuster in their final qualifying round match.
