Brewster finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brewster lost 8-1 to Claudio Pescia (St. Gallen, SUI), then responded with a 7-2 win over Thomas Ulsrud (Oslo, NOR). Brewster won 6-4 against Ritvars Gulbis (Riga, LAT), then won 7-4 against Switzerland's Peter de Cruz in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Baden Masters, Brewster take home 13.320 world rankings points along with the $8,620CDN prize, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 12th place overall with 80.210 total points. Brewster ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 13.320 points earned so far this season.
