To advance to the championship game, Edin won 6-5 over Sweden's Marcus Hasselborg in the semifinals of the 2011 Radisson Blu Oslo Cup in Oslo, Norway; and won 8-6 over Jay McWilliam (Edinburgh, SCO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 Radisson Blu Oslo Cup in Oslo, Norway;
 
Edin finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Edin defeated Germany's Christopher Bartsch 6-1, then went on to lose 7-3 against David Edwards (Aberdeen, SCO). Edin responded with a 5-2 win over Finland's Kalle Kiiskinen. Edin won 9-2 against Norway's Thomas Lovold in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Radisson Blu Oslo Cup Championship title, Edin earned 14.100 world rankings points along with the $10,586CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 6th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 154.182 total points. Edin ranks 15th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 16.542 points earned so far this season.
