To advance to the championship game, Wisconsin's Craig Brown won 7-2 over Ben Mikkelsen (Thunder Bay, ON) in the semifinals of the 2011 Kia Curling Classic Superspiel in Sault Ste.Marie; and won 6-3 over Matt Dumontelle (Sudbury, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 Kia Curling Classic Superspiel in Sault Ste.Marie;
 
Wisconsin's Craig Brown finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wisconsin's Craig Brown defeated Ontario's Dustin Montpellier 7-3, then won 7-2 against Robert Brewer (Sault Ste. Marie, ON) and 7-6 against Northern Ontario's Bryan Burgess in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Kia Curling Classic Superspiel Championship title, Wisconsin's Craig Brown earned 4.300 world rankings points along with the $2,800CDN first prize cheque, moving up 19 spots the World Ranking Standings into 88th place overall with 16.093 total points.
