Dana Ferguson (Calgary, AB) lost 9-8 to Jessie Kaufman (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Boundary Ford Curling Classic, held November 25 - 28, 2011 at the Lloydminster Curling Club in Lloydminster, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Ferguson won 7-4 over Alberta's Tiffany Odegard in the semifinals   of the 2011 Boundary Ford Curling Classic in Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada; and won 10-6 over Crystal Webster (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2011 Boundary Ford Curling Classic in Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada; 
 
Ferguson finished 4-0 in the 31-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ferguson defeated Shana Snell (Calgary, AB) 6-5, then won 6-5 against Brandee Borne (Saskatoon, SK) and 6-3 against Vanessa Pouliot (Edmonton, AB). Ferguson won 10-6 against Renee Sonnenberg (Grande Prairie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Boundary Ford Curling Classic, Ferguson take home 10.045 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN prize, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 26th place overall with 57.421 total points. Ferguson ranks 15th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 41.635 points earned so far this season.
