Disher finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Disher defeated Steve Sirianni (Wausau, WI) 8-2, then went on to lose 7-6 against Ken Sambor (Bismarck, ND). Disher responded with a 7-1 win over Ken Neidhart (Lodi, WI). Disher won 8-4 against Leland Rich (Fairbanks, AK), then won 7-0 against Scott Edie (Middletown, MD) in their final qualifying round match.
