Al Schick (Regina, SK) qualified for the 2011 Whites Drug Store Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-5 against Reid Carruthers (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2011 Whites Drug Store Classic in Swan River, Manitoba, Canada;

Schick finished 5-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Schick defeated Sam Antila (Thompson, MB) 8-3, then won 5-4 against Braeden Moskowy (Regina, SK). Schick went on to lose 5-3 against Colton Flasch (Saskatoon, SK). Schick responded with a 8-7 win over Jerry Chudley (Neepawa, MB). Schick went on to lose 5-3 against Steve Laycock (Saskatoon, SK). Schick responded with a 9-3 win over Antila. Schick won 6-5 against Vic Peters (Winnipeg , MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Schick earned 6.575 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Whites Drug Store Classic, moving up 22 spots the World Ranking Standings into 81st place overall with 20.016 total points. Schick ranks 67th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 9.450 points earned so far this season.
