Joelle Brown (Winnipeg, MB) run at the 2011 MCT Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-3 loss to Cathy Overton-Clapham (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2011 MCT Championships in Morris, Manitoba;

Brown finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brown defeated Liza Park (Brandon, MB) 8-7, then won 7-3 against Michelle Montford (Winnipeg, MB) and 5-2 against Chelsea Carey (Morden, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Brown earned 6.405 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the MCT Championships, moving up 12 spots the World Ranking Standings into 65th place overall with 20.748 total points. Brown ranks 47th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 13.480 points earned so far this season.
