Karli Makichuk (Lloydminster, AB) won 7-4 over Brittany Whittemore (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Leduc Canadian Tire Competitive Junior, held November 4 - 6, 2011 in Leduc, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Makichuk won 8-6 over Keely Brown (Airdrie, AB) in the semifinals of the 2011 Leduc Canadian Tire Competitive Junior in Leduc, Alberta; and won 6-4 over Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 Leduc Canadian Tire Competitive Junior in Leduc, Alberta;
 
Makichuk finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Makichuk defeated Jocelyn Peterman (Red Deer, AB) 6-4, then won 7-5 against Karynn Flory (Edmonton, AB). Makichuk went on to lose 10-2 against Kayla Ramstad (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
