Randy Dutiaume (Winnipeg, MB) lost 5-3 to Rob Fowler (Brandon, MB) in the Final of the MCT Championships, held December 8 - 12, 2011 in Morris, Manitoba. To advance to the championship game, Dutiaume won 4-1 over David Bohn (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2011 MCT Championships in Morris, Manitoba; and won 7-1 over James Scott (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 MCT Championships in Morris, Manitoba;
 
Dutiaume finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dutiaume defeated Sean Grassie (Winnipeg, MB) 7-1, then won 4-3 against Scott Ramsay (Winnipeg, MB). Dutiaume went on to lose 6-0 against Dave Elias (Winnipeg, MB). Dutiaume responded with a 6-5 win over Scott in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the MCT Championships, Dutiaume take home 3.885 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN prize, moving up 51 spots the World Ranking Standings into 152nd place overall with 8.010 total points. Dutiaume ranks 130th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 4.495 points earned so far this season.
