Sigfridsson finished 11-4 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sigfridsson defeated Sofia Gustafsson (Harnosand, SWE) 13-4, then won 9-2 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) and 7-2 against Monika Mabergs (Malung, SWE). Sigfridsson went on to lose 7-4 against Anette Norberg (Karlstad, SWE). Sigfridsson responded with a 7-3 win over McManus. Sigfridsson won 8-6 against Hedvig Kamp (Uppsala, SWE), then won 6-1 against Paulina Stein (Uppsala, SWE) and 10-1 against Gustafsson. Sigfridsson won 9-4 against Hasselborg, then won 8-1 against Mabergs. Sigfridsson went on to lose 8-6 against Norberg. Sigfridsson responded with a 5-3 win over McManus. Sigfridsson went on to lose 9-2 against Hasselborg. Sigfridsson lost 7-6 to Kamp where Sigfridsson responded with a 11-4 win over Stein in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Swedish Eliteserien Championship title, Sigfridsson earned 6.480 world rankings points. Sigfridsson move up 8 spots after posting a net gain of 167.72 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 4th overall with 313.200 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Sigfridsson ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 126.240 points earned so far this season.
